The arrest occurred early Friday morning when authorities received a call about a vehicle blocking the road. Beverly Hills police found Haddish slumped over the wheel of a running vehicle. This is not the first time Haddish has been arrested on suspicion of DUI; she was arrested last year in suburban Atlanta.
The arrest occurred at about 5:45 a.m. at Beverly Drive north of Dayton Way. Haddish had performed at The Laugh Factory in West Hollywood the previous night. This is the second time since early 2022 that Haddish has been in police custody for similar charges.
