CM Punk, a renowned professional wrestler, has made a triumphant return to WWE at the Survivor Series event, ending his nine-year absence. This marks a significant moment in Punk's career, as he had been away from WWE since 2014, during which he began MMA commentary for Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) in 2018. Punk's contract with CFFC spans 15 years, with 13 years remaining. Despite being signed to AEW, Punk continued his association with CFFC. However, after being fired from AEW in September, he returned to the CFFC commentary booth. The next CFFC event is scheduled for December 15 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
In addition to Punk, WWE Raw also witnessed the return of Randy Orton, another prominent figure in the wrestling world. Orton had been absent for about 18 months due to spinal surgery. On his return, he announced his intention to settle unfinished business with the Bloodline. The WWE Raw event took place on November 27, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee.
While the return of these wrestling giants has been a major highlight, the event also saw Shinsuke Nakamura attacking Cody Rhodes during a Rhodes promo. The wrestling community has been abuzz with these developments, eagerly anticipating the upcoming events and the impact of these returns on the wrestling landscape.

The WWE Correspondent deal I have been doing for this site all year is a bit. I’m only doing this because rarely does any other writer on the site want to do PPV reviews for WWE.
WWE has hot babyfaces running wild on top, with heels compelling enough for their fans to want to see beaten. I understand why they are hot. But between the hacky, cornball presentation completely turning me off, and the wrestling not being anything exceptional compared to the number of hours this company churns out, this promotion doesn’t do anything for me.
