In the dystopian world of Mad Max, George Miller's action-packed franchise, a new story unfolds with the release of the film Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. Set 15 years before the events of Mad Max: Fury Road, Furiosa delves into the origins of its titular character and stars Anya Taylor-Joy as a young girl who grows up to become Imperator Furiosa. Directed by George Miller, the film showcases an epic prequel filled with survival, revenge, and high-speed chases through the Wasteland. Production designer Colin Gibson scoured Australia for old vehicles from the set of Fury Road to be used in Furiosa, including the War Rig and Gigahorse. The film features a fleet of motorbikes, with thousands featured in the movie and 100 characterized motorbikes built for filming along with doubles for about half of them. These two-wheelers are prominent throughout the film, showcasing high-speed chases and impressive stunts.
