Former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann have been involved in another domestic incident, this time over a cellphone. According to multiple sources, including TMZ and Daily Mail, Kim called the cops on Kroy back in late April for allegedly taking her phone and refusing to return it. The incident took place at their home, which is currently facing foreclosure.
In one report from TMZ, Kim told dispatchers that Kroy had been screaming all day and going through her personal things. She also accused him of violating a court order that required each to stay in separate sides of the house. In another report from Daily Mail, Kim expressed frustration over the lack of privacy in her home and feeling violated by Kroy's actions.
Body cam footage obtained by TMZ shows officers arriving at the scene and speaking with both parties. Kim told officers that she was unable to retrieve her phone from Kroy, who refused to come out of his bedroom or show where the phone could be located. No physical altercation occurred during the incident.
This is not the first time that Kim and Kroy have had a domestic disturbance. In January 2024, Kim accused Kroy of stealing her personal items in an attempt to sell them, an allegation that was denied by his lawyer. Another incident occurred in November 2023, also caught on body cam.
Kim and Kroy first met back in May 2010 during a filming event for the Real Housewives of Atlanta. They wed in November 2011 and welcomed four children together: KJ Jagger Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren. Kroy also legally adopted Kim's two older daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle and Ariana.
The couple filed for divorce in May 2023 but called it off in July after reportedly trying to make things work for the sake of their children. However, Kroy filed for divorce again in August 2023.
Despite the ongoing drama, Kim and Kroy are facing serious financial issues on top of their marital woes. They are currently scheduled to appear in court over the foreclosure of their home.
