Build and Interact with The Legend of Zelda's Great Deku Tree: A 2,500-Piece Lego Masterpiece

Lego and Nintendo have teamed up to create an official playset based on The Legend of Zelda series, specifically focusing on the iconic Great Deku Tree. This set, consisting of 2,500 pieces, offers fans a unique opportunity to build and interact with two different versions of the tree from both Ocarina of Time and Breath of the Wild.

The Ocarina of Time version features a lush green foliage-adorned Great Deku Tree. This build includes Link's House, which is an essential element tied to the narrative in Ocarina of Time. Regardless of which version you choose to build, you will have the ability to construct both the Master Sword pedestal and Link's House as smaller models.

The Breath of the Wild rendition showcases a vibrant pink blossom-adorned Great Deku Tree, accompanied by the iconic Master Sword pedestal. Notably, this version offers an engaging feature: the ability to animate the tree's expressive eyebrows and mouth with a simple lever press.

Both builds come with various characters and accessories from The Legend of Zelda series. These include Link, Princess Zelda, Young Link, Skulltula, Hestu the Korok and his Korok pals, Deku Babas, Navi the Fairy, Deku Sprout and more.

The Great Deku Tree set is available for preorder now at $299.99 with a general release date on September 1. This partnership between Lego and Nintendo continues to expand, with nearly 30 Super Mario Bros. kits, Animal Crossing: New Horizon sets, and classic consoles already created.
