Money in the Bank 2024: Trish Stratus Hosts Star-Studded Event with Two Title Matches and Ladder Match Showdowns

One of WWE's most-anticipated events, Money in the Bank, is set to take place on Saturday night. This premium live event features two ladder matches where the winners receive a future championship match opportunity using a briefcase.

Toronto native and WWE legend Trish Stratus will be hosting Money in the Bank this year. The event will be held at ScotiaBank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Two title matches are scheduled for Money in the Bank 2024. Damian Priest, who won last year's Men's Money in the Bank ladder match and used his briefcase to become WWE champion, will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Seth Rollins. Sami Zayn will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker.

The Men's and Women's Money in the Bank ladder matches are also scheduled for the event. These matches have seen a nearly 80% success rate on cash-ins since their introduction as a premium live event. The Women's Money in the Bank ladder match was added in 2017.

Other matches include Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton taking on The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and/or Jacob Fatu).

Peacock will broadcast the event in the US, while WWE Network will show it everywhere else. Money in the Bank 2024 is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT / Sun 12 a.m. BST / Sun 9 a.m AEST.
