The theme of today's Strands is 'S-words', and the answers to the puzzle are CLAYMORE, SCIMITAR, CUTLASS, RAPIER, KATANA, MACHETE and SPANGRAM. The spangram touches the board at the right side in the 4th row and left side in the 4th row. The game is a play on the classic word search where when you find a theme word, it will remain highlighted in blue. There's a new game of Strands to play every day with themes that may be fill-in-the-blank phrases or steps in a process, items that all belong to the same category, synonyms or homophones. Today's Strands theme is 'S-words', and spangram is 'BLADES'. The answers are CUTLASS, RAPIER, KATANA, CLAYMORE, SCIMITAR and MACHETE. The spangram links two opposite sides of the board. While the theme words will not be a proper name, the spangram can be a proper name.
