The Red Magic 9S Pro and 9S Pro, released on July 4, 2024, come with upgraded chipsets and improved cooling systems. The Red Magic 9S Pro boasts the highest AnTuTu score of any Android device yet at an impressive 2,369,542 points.
Both phones feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version chipset, which runs its prime CPU core at a higher frequency of 3.4GHz and boosts the GPU to 1GHz. This results in improved performance compared to their predecessors.
The cooling systems have also been enhanced with new technologies such as vapor chambers, cooling gels, and active fans that reduce thermal resistance and chipset temperatures by up to 19.5°C compared to previous versions.
Users can choose between two battery options: a large 6,500mAh battery with an 80W charging speed or a smaller 5,500mAh battery with faster 165W charging. An external power option is also available for both models to reduce heat and wear on batteries.
The Red Magic Titan 16 Pro, announced on the same day, features an aviation-grade aluminum alloy build and a high-resolution 16-inch Magic Cloud Super Competitive Screen with a 240Hz refresh rate. It is powered by an Intel Core i9 processor and NVIDIA RTX 4060/RTX 4070 GPU, making it suitable for demanding tasks.
Both the Red Magic 9S Pro and Titan 16 Pro offer a comprehensive gaming experience with features such as FHD IR Cameras with Windows Hello support, full-size RGB keyboards, and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity.
