DENIS POROY,

Peter Seidler was an American businessman and baseball executive who served as the owner and chairman of the San Diego Padres. He grew up around baseball as a third-generation member of the O'Malley family that used to own the Dodgers. In 2012, he bought into the Padres with advice from his uncle Peter O'Malley, who owned Los Angeles Dodgers at that time. Seidler was known for his commitment towards bringing a World Championship title to San Diego and had an unspecified medical procedure in August which made him unable to return back at the ballpark for rest of the season. He died on Tuesday, September 27th, 2023.
