He had easy access to weapons and was fascinated by mass shootings. The plot began on or around April 20th, the anniversary of the Columbine High School shooting in Colorado that left 15 people dead. Villasenor was arrested after a classmate reported him for showing signs of being fixated on school shootings and having access to weapons. He is currently being held without bail and scheduled to appear in court on February 20th.
