David Eickholt is a sports journalist who has worked for various publications and radio stations. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with a double major in Broadcasting and Journalism. During his time at UNL, he held an internship with Rivals Nebraska where he emerged as a baseball beat writer, assisted with coverage of football, basketball, and recruiting news. He also hosted his own sports talk show for three years and provided color commentary for Big Ten Network Student U.
