Aleesia is excited to be back in the city she was raised in. Before moving back to Jacksonville, Aleesia worked at WBOY in Clarksburg, WV as an evening weather forecaster and reporter. During her time in the “mountain state”, she covered the opioid epidemic and severe weather, winning an AP award. Aleesia attended the University of Central Florida earning a degree in Radio and Television with a minor in Sports Business Management. In her free time, Aleesia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and her favorite, cheering on her UCF Knights.
