Wilson Beese is the Weekend Assignment Editor at 9NEWS in Denver, Colorado. Wilson joined the 9NEWS team in January 2020 after previously serving as a Digital Content Producer at ABC News 4 (WCIV) in Charleston, South Carolina, and an Associate Producer at Fox 45 News (WBFF) in Baltimore, Maryland. Wilson is a native of Baltimore County, Maryland and a graduate of St. Paul's School for Boys and the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in English. When not working, Wilson enjoys spending time with his wife and two pugs, hitting the ski slopes and attending concerts at Colorado's many venues. At 9NEWS, Wilson is in charge of planning weekend coverage. He also handles many tasks related to the day-to-day operations for both broadcast and digital including writing breaking and long-term news and sports stories, organizing logistics for reporters and helping run 9NEWS's social media pages.
