Eric Henderson
Eric Henderson is a defensive line coach with extensive experience in both college and professional football. He has been the Los Angeles Rams' defensive line coach for the past five seasons and their run game coordinator for the past three seasons. During his tenure, he developed a close bond with eight-time All-Pro Aaron Donald and helped improve the team's overall performance. Prior to joining the Rams, Henderson spent two years on the Chargers' coaching staff and began his coaching career in college at Georgia Military College, Oklahoma State, and UTSA. In January 2024, he left the Rams to join Lincoln Riley's staff at Southern California as the co-defensive coordinator and defensive line coach. Henderson has been a part of several coaching staff changes in Los Angeles due to high turnover and poaching.

Proper cooking to an internal temperature of 165°F is the only reliable way to kill trichinella parasites. From 2016-2022, seven US trichinosis outbreaks occurred, with bear meat as the source in most cases.
