Broke On: Wednesday, 03 April 2024 The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) has announced that there is enough evidence to suspect foul play in the disappearance of two women, Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley. The women were traveling together from Hugoton, Kansas to pick up children in Oklahoma when they disappeared without a trace except for an abandoned car found by Butler's husband on the side of the road near Highway 95 and Road L south of Elkhart, Texas.
