Nicole Rogers is a native of Wesley Chapel and currently serves as a reporter at WFLA News Channel 8. Before joining WFLA, she worked as a morning reporter and forecaster at WBRE/WYOU in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Prior to that, she worked at WCJB TV20 in Gainesville, FL as an MMJ covering a range of stories. Rogers began her career in radio, anchoring, producing and reporting for her local NPR-affiliated station. She is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications where she was an MMJ and anchor for the school's 5 p.m. newscast.
