Scott Sumner is an American economist and blogger. He is the Dwight R. Davis Professor of Economics at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. Sumner's primary research interests are monetary economics and macroeconomics. He has written extensively on the Federal Reserve System, monetary policy, and economic forecasting.
