Lindsey Slater

Lindsey Slater is a meteorologist who joined WISN 12 Weather Team in June 2016. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Carroll College and a B.S. in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University. Her career began in 2006 with an internship at WISN 12 under Chief Meteorologist Mark Baden, and she has since worked at various television stations across the United States, including WDBD-TV in Mississippi and KY3 in Missouri. Lindsey is a member of the American Meteorological Society and holds the National Weather Association TV Weathercaster Seal of Approval. In her personal life, she enjoys spending time with her husband Mark, working out at the gym, baking with her mother, and fostering cats for the Wisconsin Humane Society. Lindsey's work can be seen on WISN 12 News this Morning from 4:30 to 7 a.m., and on 12 News at 11 p.m., Monday through Friday.
