Caleb Saylor
Caleb Saylor is a meteorologist and reporter known for his work as the weekend morning meteorologist for the First Alert Weather Team at ABC21. He holds an American Meteorological Society Certified Broadcast Meteorologist certification (#858) and graduated from Ball State University. Originating from Northeast Indiana, Caleb attended New Haven High School before pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Teaching at IPFW, now Purdue Fort Wayne. After teaching for a short period and obtaining his Master's of Science degree in Applied Atmospheric Science from Ball State University, Caleb began working at WFFT, FOX 55 as a weekend meteorologist and multimedia journalist. During his time there, he covered various weather events and educated local students on the impact of weather. In his free time, Caleb enjoys supporting Fort Wayne FC and currently serves as their Media Manager. With a background in mathematics and meteorology, Caleb Saylor provides accurate and insightful weather forecasts for the community.
