Laura Haefeli is a multi-skilled journalist who joined CBS Boston in February 2023. Prior to this, she worked as a reporter for CBS in Sacramento since February 2020, covering significant events such as the coronavirus pandemic, the Golden State Killer trial, California wildfires and the 2020 presidential election. Before her career in news, Laura was a competitive athlete and earned her International Relations degree from Syracuse University. She is a devoted fan of the NY Giants but promises not to talk about it too much. When not on air, she enjoys exercise, sports, and spending time with friends and family.
