Adrianne (Addie) Haney is an EMMY Award-winning journalist, writer and digital content director for 11Alive News in Atlanta. An Atlanta native, Addie graduated from Elon University in Elon, North Carolina with a degree in broadcast journalism. During her time at Elon, she was involved in various writing and video production activities and participated in international research projects. Her curiosity about global affairs led her to study abroad in Istanbul, Turkey. After graduating, Addie worked as a digital content producer at 11Alive for six years where she played a significant role in growing the station's digital footprint. She has also held multiple leadership roles in other organizations. When not working, Addie enjoys music, watching plays, exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.
