Tori Apodaca

Tori Apodaca is a Sacramento County reporter for CBS Sacramento. Born and raised in Southern California, she joined the CBS13 news team as a reporter in February 2023. Prior to this, she worked at KHSL Action News Now in Chico, CA as a reporter and weekend anchor. Tori is known for her impactful stories that create change on a small scale and holding officials accountable in rebuilding efforts. She has reported on major events such as the Dixie Fire, the largest non-complex wildfire in California's history, the homeless crisis in Chico, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Tori is a proud graduate of Biola University and enjoys running, working out at the gym, and exploring new food spots.
