Growing up in Rochester and nurturing his journalistic interests at Stoney Creek High School and Wayne State University, Max has become an active member of the Society of Professional Journalists - Detroit Chapter. He also serves as a Level II Coach with the First Tee Greater Detroit. In his personal life, he enjoys exploring the city's breweries with his wife or spending time on the golf course.
