Elise Catrion is a journalist with a master's degree in criminal justice from Florida International University and a background in journalism. She has served as editor-in-chief for PantherNOW, FIU's student newspaper, and completed internships at the Miami Herald and News21. Through her work, Elise has covered significant events such as the Parkland school shooting, police misconduct cases following George Floyd's murder, and the migrant farmworker communities in Miami-Dade County.
