Mike Heuer

Mike Heuer is a conservative activist who has filed multiple lawsuits challenging aspects of the 2020 election. In one case, he and the Wisconsin Voters Alliance sought guardianship records in an effort to root out ineligible voters. The court ruled that they had demonstrated a need for this information, and were entitled to it under the Public Records Law. Heuer's efforts have also included obtaining similar information in other counties. He previously worked as an investigator for former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman in a review of the 2020 election, during which his organization filed three lawsuits over aspects of the election. Heuer has also drawn attention for social media posts that invoked racist tropes and conspiracy theories.
