Snow Summit

Snow Summit is a renowned ski hill in Big Bear Lake that has undergone a transformation for mountain bikers. Once closed to two-wheelers due to safety concerns and pressure from the Forest Service, Snow Summit now offers lift-serviced mountain biking with professionally designed trails, big berms, man-made jumps, and wooden features reminiscent of iconic locations such as Whistler and Snowmass. The Snow Summit Bike Park opened early for its sophomore season in 2014 and has continued to evolve with new obstacles, trail sections, and an all-new 'green' trail planned by July 4th. With reasonable prices on season passes, downhill mountain biking has made a significant comeback in Big Bear.
