WAMC/Northeast Public Radio

WAMC/Northeast Public Radio is a regional public radio network serving parts of seven northeastern states in the United States, including New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Jersey, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania. The station operates 24 hours a day and is a member of National Public Radio and an affiliate of Public Radio International. Financial support comes from listeners' contributions as well as underwriting by businesses and grants from governmental sources such as the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the New York State Education Department. WAMC also produces national programs that are distributed to public radio stations across the country.
