Daily Bruin

Daily Bruin is a student-run newspaper serving the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) community since 1919. The publication covers local events, trends, and important topics on campus daily. It has an emphasis on digital news and operates bruinwalk.com, a professor and apartment review website. Daily Bruin also produces PRIME, a culture and lifestyle magazine, and The Stack, a data journalism blog. With no journalism major or school at UCLA, the Daily Bruin serves as an essential training ground for young journalists who have gone on to work at top news organizations. The newspaper has received numerous awards from national and local college media competitions.
