Kilat Fitzgerald is a Rochester man who was charged with second-degree murder for the death of his wife after investigators say he used his knowledge as a poison specialist to drug and kill her. He had multiple firearms and large amounts of ammunition in the home where negotiations lasted for hours before he opened fire, killing three police officers and an EMS responder. The suspect also died from gunshot wounds.
