James is a basketball player who has had an impressive career. Born in Akron, Ohio, James was a highly touted prospect from an early age. He attended St. Vincent-St. Mary High School and led them to three state championships before declaring for the NBA draft out of high school. James was selected first overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2003 and quickly established himself as a dominant force in the league, earning MVP awards and leading his teams to multiple Finals appearances. In 2010, James left Cleveland to join forces with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh on the Miami Heat, forming one of the most successful 'superteams' in NBA history. After four years in Miami, James returned to Cleveland in 2014 and led the Cavaliers to their first championship in franchise history. In 2018, James signed with the Los Angeles Lakers and helped them win their first championship since 2010.
