Broke On: Monday, 04 March 2024 On May 21st, 2023, Philadelphia's head of LGBT Affairs and her husband were arrested during a traffic stop on the Vine Street Expressway. The incident was caught on camera by Celena Morrison's sister and has been circulating on social media. According to police reports, there were multiple vehicle code violations observed during the car stop, including headlights not being turned on and suspended/expired registration. Both drivers refused several orders from the trooper leading to their arrest for resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct and other related charges.
