Tom has covered the entertainment industry for more than 20 years. He joined Deadline in 2020 after working on the homepage teams of both Yahoo and AT&T. His work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Premiere magazine and on The Daily Beast. Tom founded the popular industry website and newsletter HollywoodWiretap.com, which he later sold. Before that, he spent seven years at Variety, where he was the Managing Editor of Features. While there, he created the trade’s award-winning lifestyle publication, V Life, and was its Executive Editor.
