Will Healy,
Will Healy is a former college football coach with experience as a head coach at Charlotte and Austin Peay. He was fired from Charlotte after posting an 8-18 record in three seasons following an initial successful season that saw the team advance to its first bowl game. Prior to his time at Charlotte, Healy served as the head coach at Austin Peay for two seasons, leading the team to back-to-back five-win seasons for the first time since 1984-85. In 2017, Austin Peay finished sixth in the nation in offense and set a school record with 3,105 yards rushing; that season Healy was named National FCS Coach of the Year. Before becoming a head coach, Healy spent seven years as an assistant coach at Chattanooga in various roles including quarterbacks coach, wide receivers coach, passing-game coordinator and recruiting coordinator. During his time at Austin Peay, CBS Sports tabbed Healy as one of the best young coaches in college football.
