The US-native focuses on newsgathering, editorial, and features across the EMEA region and has played a vital role in some of CNN's leading coverage of the climate crisis, gender equality, and the coronavirus pandemic. She also produces in the field for CNN, pitching and executing her own stories for various multi-platform projects, notably on the fight against climate change and Britain's feminist movement. Kent has produced major international news events for CNN including its coverage of the COP26 climate conference, NATO summits, and Brexit.
