Kristen McFarland is a reporter for 10TV News who joined the team in April 2024. A Columbus native, she grew up in Powell and graduated from Olentangy Liberty High School. Kristen received her Bachelor's degree in media communications from Florida State University and spent a year playing professional soccer in the Netherlands. Prior to joining 10TV, Kristen spent two years as a reporter and weekend anchor in Youngstown, Ohio, extensively covering the East Palestine train derailment and President Joe Biden's visit a year later.
